Customer Service Information For Consumers

Are you going to buy products from us? If so, then read below. It contains important information.

1. Shipping and Delivery

If your order is over $100, then UPS Ground shipping is free. We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends. If we cannot ship your order within that time, we will send you an email. Stun guns and Tasers, along with pepper sprays have restrictions in certain areas. 2. Privacy and Security

Your entire shopping experience is safe. We use SSL Web Server Certificate, which means your data is encrypted. This includes data sent to the site and from the site.

Our web serve does not recognize our customers' email address. However, it does recognize the customer's IP address, when they visit our pages. This should give you peace of mind.

If you opt-in to our email list, then we will collect your email address and the same goes if you purchase products from us. We will only use your email address and information for marketing purposes. You can let us know that you do not want to receive email from us and we will respect your wishes.

In regards to cookies, we use them to record information from sessions, which includes items that you put in your shopping cart. If you provide us with a phone number, we will contact you if we need to ask you about an order you placed. Also, we will not share your information with third-parties, and this includes the email address you provide us.

In regards to security, we use encryption technologies. These technologies are used when consumer data is exchanged on our site. This includes data that is transferred and received. At our physical facilities, we have security measures designed to protect data from being loss, misused or altered.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee Return and Replacement Policy

At Security Defense Weapons, we put every effort into handling returns and refunds in a professional and efficient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the our policies in order to ensure you are aware of all our return and refund policies granted you with each order placed with us. Your Satisfaction is GuaranteedYour Satisfaction is Always Guaranteed! Our Satifiaction Guarantee Policy provides you a full 90 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. After you receive your product, examine it, try it, use it for a full 30 days. If for any reason you wish to return it, simply ask and we will gladly refund your money.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not end there. After the first 30 days and before 90 days from the date of receipt, you may return your product for any reason and we will still gladly refund your money with a small 10% restocking fee. Here at Security Defense Weapons we guarantee you excellent service and quality hand tested products with each and every order. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will make it our mission to rectify the situation.

We strive to create an easy and fast return process, we simply ask that when you need to make a return you contact us for our return instructions, which we keep easy. Please keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with your product. If any of the original packaging, instructions or accessories is missing from your return you will only receive a store credit. All returns must be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)

To do so, please contact us here to request an RMA Number, please include your invoice and/or order number of the products(s) you are returning. Also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning your product(s), including the address to send the product(s) to.

If you have ANY questions at all about our return policy or warranty policy, please contact us. We are here to answer your questions and happy to help in any way.

Special orders cannot be canceled and we will only accept returns if it is pre-authorized. All returns need to be in their original packaging. We will use our discretion when it comes to replacing products, giving credits or providing customers with a refund, and we will not refund charges relating to shipping and handling.

CHARGES FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Warranty:

We guarantee our products are free of defects in material and workmanship for a full 90 days. If you have questions about a manufacturer's warranty, then call us for more information. We will not replace or repair products that have been misused or altered. We will always work with you to ensure your Satisfaction.

If there's no evidence of altercation or misused, we will decide what to do with the product. We may replace it or repair it. Either way, you will be notified.
Any products that have a warranty beyond 90 days will be stated on the product page or on the products packaging. Any product on Security Defense Weapons that does not state a warranty on it's product page or on the products packaging will be warranted for 90 days.

Warranties issues beyond 90 days will only be handled for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Warranties will not cover Wear and tear, customer misuse, abuse, commercial usage, etc.

All warranty returned products shall be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect and thus replaced accordingly. Warranty returned products that do not qualify for warranty replacement will have the option of returning the product back to you or we will dispose of the product for you.

Refunds cannot be issued on any warranty products unless it is submitted to us within the first 90 days from the date of purchase. Even if an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 90 days, refunds cannot be issued. Warranty products can only be repaired or replaced. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
